With the assistance from Crafted, New York Times was interested in creating more access to articles, videos, newsletters, and events, optimizing for mobile devices so subscribers can read the news anywhere, and simplifying the billing process so customers only have to pay once a year.

As a result, New York Times implemented their improvements to the website, creating a fully customizable, responsive experience. Crafted allowed the site to highlight the benefits of Times subscriptions based on each visitor’s preferences.
